I'm Catherine Pannell, the Owner, Notary and Officiant for Signed By Catherine (SBC)! Thank you for your time and consideration as you view my website today. I am a Master's Level Social Worker that sought a slight change of pace. As I am already knowledgeable about the importance of maintaining the privacy, dignity and worth of all persons, this has been a welcomed and easy transition for me.
At SBC, I pride myself on providing reliable, efficient, knowledgeable solutions, always with the Client's individual needs in mind. Services are provided at "non-traditional" hours and locations, to accommodate those with urgent, private, holiday or evening Notary or Wedding Officiant needs.
I am a member of the National Notary Association where I am consistent with staying current on laws, trainings, and best practices for General Notary Work in Michigan. I am bonded and insured for my notary services. I am ordained by Universal Life Church and recognized by the State of Michigan as being able to legally join couples in matrimony.
